Designed the UI for Shoalter’s in-house KWS (Keyword Search) management system, enabling merchants to control search operations such as re-ranking, rules, and typo handling.

Optimized shopping and checkout flows in the HKTVmall WeChat Mini Program, improving delivery selection and usability for N-end users.
Collaborated with Hong Kong teams to revamp the HKTVmall app UI and built a scalable Figma-based design system to enhance consistency, user flow, and visual quality.
Involved in end-to-end product design—from requirement clarification to final delivery—supporting design spec documentation and component system expansion to streamline team collaboration.

Collaborated with the hardware team to improve backend interfaces for FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates, addressing synchronization issues and usability challenges during electric scooter firmware upgrades.

Conducted field visits to dealers to gather real-world insights on customer behavior around vehicle purchases, charging, and pricing plans; redesigned the pricing selection flow with clearer hierarchy and multilingual (i18n) support in collaboration with the marketing team.
Designed electric scooter dashboard UIs adaptable to various screen sizes, balancing a futuristic aesthetic with high readability and rider safety; coordinated with Kymco hardware teams to ensure implementation feasibility.
Developed a 0–1 navigation feature for the user app, integrating battery-aware ride planning, swap station alerts, and trip scheduling, while extending real-time navigation to the scooter dashboard to reduce rider phone interactions.
