UniGuide is a platform that helps travelers easily find activities that meet their needs. Based on user preferences and recommendations, UniGuide quickly suggests ideal options, while a multifunctional search tool allows users to narrow down choices for the best-fit itineraries.
Inspired by social media, today’s travelers are moving beyond quick sightseeing. They’re seeking deep connections with local culture, joining activities, and meeting people from different backgrounds to broaden their perspectives.

Introduce the tapping experience for travel search
We designed a new search flow for the platform homepage. Instead of a traditional search bar, we use a “tapping” interaction for a more intuitive experience. Users can simply tap on options like destination, date, and group size to quickly find their ideal trip, making the process easier and more seamless.
We designed a new search flow for the platform homepage. Instead of a traditional search bar, we use a “tapping” interaction for a more intuitive experience. Users can simply tap on options like destination, date, and group size to quickly find their ideal trip, making the process easier and more seamless.
This is a hybrid search tool that allows users to define the search scope based on their preferences through a guided, linear process.
If no filters are set, the system will intelligently default to a solo trip starting nearby, making it easier to dive into deeper travel experiences.

Search results offer two modes for users to choose from. You can preview the results on the map to quickly see the location distribution, or swipe up to switch to list mode for easier browsing of detailed information and comparing options, eliminating the hassle of opening Google Maps!
After the initial search, you can further refine your results using the filters at the top of the page to easily find the options that best meet your needs.

Through executing this project from scratch, we achieved many good results, but also faced struggles and compromises along the way.

However, this also encouraged me to think from multiple perspectives and find ways to maintain the product’s style without sacrificing the user experience.
